Description

This toner moisturizes and calms the skin with its watery texture. Contains ??-carotene from carrot seed oil to hydrate the skin. Applys steaming method to help retain the nutrients in the Jeju organic carrot. Dermatologically tested and completed the vegan test. No animals testing.

How to use

After washing the face, apply a moderate amount of the toner to the face and softly spread it for absorption.
