1. Order Processing Time
All orders at CHAELY require a processing period of up to 3 business days to prepare, pack, and quality-check your items before they are dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with leading international and domestic carriers:

Standard/Expedited Shipping: Primarily handled via EMS (Express Mail Service).

3. Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Domestic (South Korea): 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International (Asia): 5-10 business days after dispatch.

International (US, Europe, Rest of World): 7-20 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package through the official EMS or CJ Logistics websites using the provided number.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CHAELY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information.
6. Transfer of Risk
Once the package is handed over to the carrier (EMS or CJ Logistics), the risk of loss and title for the product passes to the customer. CHAELY is not liable for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier, though we will assist in coordinating with them to resolve any issues.
7. Address Changes & Items in Transit

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

In-Transit Policy: As per our Terms of Service, once an item is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled or redirected.
